
Founded in 2020 by chef Giovanni Nunziata, the brand Private Chef Giovanni was born on a desire for creative freedom and the ambition to create a personal and unique brand focused on private hospitality. Since then chef Nunziata has served Lords, VIPs, and both working class and UHNW families, even developed a trusted relationship with a Royal Family. He is an ambassador for Lord Newborough’s Rhug Estate Organic Farm since 2025, and recently earned a place among the three finalists for the Young Talented Italians Award 2025, a prestigious prize held at the Italian Embassy in London. Through his brand, he creates tailored menus and delivers a refined dining experience within private settings, often incorporating artisanal Italian products that he imports directly. His inspiration comes from both his homeland and the countries he visits around the world, where he studies local traditions and ingredients and vistits world class food and drinks producers. His work ranges from private celebrations such as weddings and birthdays, to tasting menus that explore authentic and fusion cuisine, as well as cooking lessons, consulting, and recipe development for food businesses. 2026 marks a new step for his brand with the introduction of a new menu concepts: traditions, origins and vision.
