Throughout his career, Youssef has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including Black & Veatch, RATP Dev Mobility Egypt, ABB, and Siemens. In these roles, he has led major operational transformations, strengthened market positioning, and delivered complex infrastructure programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Black & Veatch for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Youssef played a pivotal role in repositioning the business toward enabling the global energy transition. His leadership accelerated growth across emerging sectors such as hydrogen, renewable energy, data centers, and grid modernization, while securing strategic contracts that advanced sustainable infrastructure development at scale.

Earlier, as CEO of RATP Dev Mobility Egypt, he built operations from the ground up and secured one of the region’s most significant public transport contracts, demonstrating his ability to execute large-scale mobility solutions in complex environments. His tenure at ABB and Siemens further strengthened his reputation for delivering operational excellence, driving double-digit growth, and navigating cross-border transformation across diverse markets.
