As Executive Director at a market-leading workforce solutions organization, Shyo drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and large-scale staffing delivery across both white-collar and blue-collar segments. His remit spans acquisitions, key account leadership, and the design of scalable manpower models that consistently deliver results for clients operating at scale.

Previously, as Business Head at Innovations Group, Shyo played a pivotal role in building the Abu Dhabi business from the ground up. Under his leadership, revenue scaled to AED 300 million, the outsourced workforce grew to 2,500 employees, and thousands of professionals were deployed across critical sectors. His teams earned multiple client excellence awards between 2016 and 2025, and in 2024, Shyo was personally recognized with the Top Staffing Excellence Leader Award.

Earlier in his career, Shyo contributed to the regional growth of Naukrigulf.com (Info Edge Group), helping establish a strong and sustainable presence in Abu Dhabi through consistent client acquisition and performance-driven execution.
