When I first imagined De Caviar Dame, I knew I wanted to create something more than just a catering service. I wanted to design an experience—something elegant, interactive, and unforgettable. Today, I am proud to share that vision as the Founder and Creative Director of De Caviar Dame, Amsterdam’s first roving caviar service.

With our signature caviar saddle belt, my trained ambassadresses serve premium caviar directly to guests, moving gracefully through events to create a luxury experience that feels intimate and engaging. It’s not only about the delicacy itself but also about the moment—the anticipation, the elegance, and the joy of indulging in something truly special.

De Caviar Dame reflects who I am: feminine, refined, and resilient. After seven years of being a full-time mother, I felt the time had come to build something of my own. This brand is not just a business; it is the result of my determination to create a life of independence, creativity, and success for myself and my children.

I carefully designed the service to adapt to different atmospheres—whether it’s a private afternoon gathering, a glamorous cocktail party, or an exclusive yacht event. Each detail, from the rose gold accents to the mother-of-pearl spoons, is chosen to elevate the experience without ever overwhelming it.

Launching De Caviar Dame is just the beginning. My dream is to collaborate with luxury hotels, event planners, and high-end venues, and to make De Caviar Dame the leading name in bespoke experiential dining.
