His leadership helped articulate DEUTZ’s technology evolution and long-term vision to investors, customers, and industry partners.

Earlier, Schneider guided corporate communications and investor relations at Leoni, one of Europe’s leading automotive suppliers, where he helped steer the company through industry transformation, operational challenges, and evolving market expectations. His ability to translate complexity into clarity has consistently shaped strong financial communication and stakeholder engagement.
