Prior to joining Healthium, Anish held senior global leadership roles at Baxter International, including President Representative in Japan and Regional Head – Emerging Asia. In these roles, he led operations across India, Southeast Asia, and key Asian markets, building high-performing teams while strengthening operational frameworks and compliance standards. His international experience across Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and India has shaped a global mindset grounded in execution, cultural intelligence, and continuous improvement.
